"I made this order on the 26th of June and haven't not received it even yet... its July 8th now. I would like to not that I also overnighted this video and that I received no e-mails what so ever telling me of the status of my order. Even when I called them and asked them about it the customer service said they would e-mail me the possible ship and why it was delayed? But they never did that either. I highly suggest if you need to buy something to go elsewhere these people are just horrible.

I ordered a Powercolor Radeon 9700 (great price btw) on Tuesday, July 1st and ordered "rush shipment" that was shipped on the same day for $4 and regular ground shipping and received my order on Thursday, July 3rd. Now that's fast! Plus, the video card came in great condition and is simply great. I would definetely consider purchasing again from here."

"These people are RIP OFF dealers. I paid a premium of almost 6% to get PRIORITY handling on my order. Then I paid almost $18 in shipping charges to get my package in 3 days. In return for my 6% PRIORITY handling fee they waited almost 36 hours to ship a friggn case. A part that is already in a shipping box, all they had to do was pull it from stock and stick a label on it. Now my case will not reach my house until the week after I leave for Atlanta. $22 in Priority and Express shipping right up my ASS.
Unless you want to get ass f***** I would not buy from these clowns."
"Recently ordered GeIL Golden Dragon matched set for dual channel motherboards. Great price. I had some credit card problems on my end, and I also put in the wrong expiration date, but they listened to everything I emailed (asking for a hold on the order and also the corrected expiration date). Previously ordered my Barton 2500+ which was a great price at the time, although shortly after I bought it AMD dropped the price from $170 to $90. >:-O
I have had the good fortune of getting everything I ordered correctly, and not having to deal with RMA, which, in my opinion, is more valuable than a good returns department."
"Doing business with this company should be avoided at all costs! My experience with them has been a great ordeal, and I still do not have my money back. For some reason they like to ship products that the customer does not want, and then expect the customer to send it back at their own expense. To me this sounds a bit messed up.
June 12, ordered PowerColor Radeon 9100 64M card for $65. Had to wait roughly 2 days for them to ship it, even though it was being sent to my billing address.
June 18, received the WRONG card, their sales rep decided to send me a 9200 model because the 9100 was not in stock. For some reason they did not contact me. This seems to be a common issue.
June 19, contacted RMA department for RMA number.
June 20, received RMA number.
June 23, I mailed back the Radeon 9200 at my expense. I sent via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
June 25, USPS confirms that the package was received at 11:19AM.
June 26, called RMA department, apparently he doesn't know if they have the 9100 in stock and says he will email me. I never received the email...
June 27, called RMA department again, the 9100 is not in stock, he says he will refund my money. He also said to wait a week, I asked why so long, he said because it is Friday and it might not go through until next week. I asked about refunding my return shipping money, since this was not my fault. He said no, but maybe can get me store credit. I doubt that will happen, and even if it does I doubt I will ever buy from them again.
June 30, the following Monday, I checked my online credit card statement, still no refund. I decided to wait another day.
July 1, check online credit statement again, still nothing. I e-mailed rma, sales, and ****@****. Hopefully this will be straightened out soon. I just checked their website, and now they have the card marked at $58, which is $7 less than I paid, and it finally says "back order". For a while they were advertising it as being in stock, even though it wasn't... "
