They aren't quite a scam site, but I will never order from them again. I ordered something on December 10, 2009 for someone's Christmas present. They promptly charged my account and told me that I would get a shipping confirmation email when it was sent.

A whole month went by and no shipping confirmation email. I sent them multiple "requests" asking what was up with my order. They said that it was still "in processing" which could take up to 2 weeks. Well, I was fed up when they still used that response after 5 weeks. The phone number they have listed is either fake or real, but is always "too full to accept any more voicemails".

I did a little research and found out many others had the exact same problem. Afraid that I had been scammed, I sent them a stern message asking for my money back. They responded within a day, and two days later the money was back in my account. So they aren't quite a scam site because you CAN get your money back. But they are not good to do business with. Stay away."
