"Prepared to wait a while for my key after I read all the review.
I payed with paypal, and got the key almost immediately. Didn't wait more than 10 minutes.
If their prices stay on the lower side, I'll definitely buy here again."
"bought bf1 - worked fast and was the cheapest on the internet"
"I have ordered 3 different products from them and each time they have delivered.
One time i had a problem with my pre-order bonus, i was supposed to get a different key for the bonus content and i didn't but 1 message to the support and they sent the key to me right away."
"Gave me scanned image of code. Code worked. No complaints."
"Delivered fast and stuff, easy to use, whatever"
"Fast deleivery my code was deleivered in seconds !!!"
"I purchased Battlefield 1 and that's exactly what I got at the price they advertised... but I had to send a picture of my ID to the vendor before I received my product.
In the age of cyber attacks and identity theft, I'd rather not be sending a picture of my photo ID to a site that I haven't used before. I don't really know them, their hiring practices, or anything about their storage or security of my information. At least if my credit card is scammed, I can easily fix that with the bank and revoke charges. But my identity? Not so much. That's harder to fix.
Apparently owning your own domain name and using your admin@... email address for purchases is "suspicious" for their system and requires proof of identification. I don't see how me paying for my own domain, email hosting, etc. makes me a higher risk than your average GMail user. If anything, I'm lower risk since if I'm a criminal, I'm actually leaving more of a paper trail for law enforcement to follow.
But in the end, I got what I wanted for cheaper than retail but I couldn't play it the same day due to all the time this ID verification stuff took. I've purchased from other places and when dealing with digital goods, speed is usually one of the things you assume you are going to get. You order a product, you download it on your high-speed connection, and you enjoy it. Adding hours of waiting for communication just isn't cool... but at the same time it did save me $15. So I probably will buy from them again since this ID thing is for new customers, but if you are comparing different stores with similar prices and you actually want your product now... use GMail for their site, I guess."
"Fast email with key
Great price"
"I got a wrong code, fully not my fault, i had to wait 2 days to get the code
They dont really trust their customers
Maybe you gotta wait 2-3 days for every order.
