"16 movies in queue, signed up for 6 out at a time, never even shipped one of them in the two week trial. Support said add more movies to the queue. I responded: If you do not have even one movie out of the 16 in my queue, then why bother staying in business? Why list movies that the customer cannot receive? They simply reponded with another email saying add more to the queue... USELESS COMPANY!"

"Signed up for the free two week trial last Friday and received the first 3 items in my queue today! Have not received an invoice number yet. They just released a new website which now has a lot more pictures, better descriptions, and is easier to navigate. I emailed their customer support and received a response from a PERSON within an hour! Now that's service! So far so good with this one! A+"

"Signed up for a trial membership and cancelled after they have not sent me ANY dvd's after 7 days. The website does not give any indication of which titles are in stock or how long the waiting period is.

Very bad experience with this company. Try Netflix or blockbuster instead. "

"I have been searching for a good place online to rent video games. After a few hours searching, I had 4 final sites to choose from. Gameznflix was one of my final choices based on decent reviews. First off the web page is horrible, the front page looks nice, but it’s basically a cover shell to a horribly designed site that I could have designed in about 5 minutes. They have brief descriptions if any of the games/movies.

So I decide to still give them a shot, since they offer the best prices compared to the other 3 sites. I load up my queue with about 15 PS2 games. Another bad thing about this site, is that it does not tell you if games/movies are in stock. Yeah you can put the ones you want first on top, but you have no idea if they are even in stock. This is a big problem for me, as I would personally like to know if a game/movie I am putting in my queue is even in stock.

After a few days, I got no emails from them regarding anything. Nothing was shipped to me. This company is a joke. If this is the type of service they offer people on a 2 week trial period, I would hate to see how they treat paying customers. At the very least, would it not be smart to really try to impress people on the 2-week trial period? All the good reviews are probably desperate investors who are trying to get people to give money to this company. Canceled my trial 2-week trial period before it was even close to being over. Don’t waste your time or money on this company.

Of the 4, Gameznflix is the worst one by far. I signed up for the free trial period for all of the 4 sites, to see which one I liked the best. I would suggest trying either Gamerang or Gamefly. They both shipped my games out the first day I signed up. They both show you the game status if it is In Stock, Short Wait, etc. Gplay looked ok, but too many games I wanted were listed in Short Wait status. Some of these games were not even Recent Releases. The games that were in Short Wait status on Gplay, were mostly all in stock on Gamefly and Gamerang. Gamefly has only 1 distributing in California. Gamerang has 4 centers in California, Oklahoma, New Jersey, and Washington.

Take it from someone who is not writing a biased review. I tried the top 4 reviewed video game rental sites. Gameznflix was at the bottom of the list. They say you only get what you pay for, no wonder Gameznflix offers a 14-Month prepaid plan that averages out to about 15 bucks for 6 Games/Movies out at a time. Trying to sucker in the people trying to save a buck or two to their garbage service.

"I tried the trial offer at Gameznflix. Although they shipped 3 dvd's (which I still have recieved to this date) they sent me 3 random selections out of PRiority Que. I initially wanted 2 DVD movies and 1 Xbox game rental. Of the first 3 priority selections, I only got my 2ndry Dvd selection and 2 other DVD movies that were lower in my priority list. Why even bother having a priority feature if they are completely ignored it?"

"I have a monthly subscription to GameZnfliX and am able to have out on rental up to 3 games or dvds, or any combo thereof, at any one time. The shipping is free to receive or return movies and games, with no late fees, and the monthly subscription fee is only $18.50. I find the service easy to use and an especially good value as compared to Netflix or Blockbuster. I have seen SUBSTANTIAL improvement in this company's website since joining the service in March or so, when it first began. It keeps gettin better, too. In fact, the improvements in service and website ease are tremendous. I think this company is a definite winner! Try it...you'll like it. "
