I recently ordered another one and it was delivered in about 3 days. I've been using heavy duty Scotch Guard which seems to help the longevity. Also, for this last order it was on sale!"

"Our gazebo frame is at least 10 years old, but still standing strong and I can't find one I like as much. I am so grateful to be able to replace the cover still! "We received a faulty product and two of the four screens are unable to be attached to the canopy. We have provided all the pictures requested and are told that you will send us a one time replacement canopy and then our warranty is closed. We had multiple correspondences with customer service and escalated our concerns to management. Basically if the replacement canopy has a manufacturer defect also...too bad, so sad...we can kiss our almost $240Cdn goodbye and will be stuck with an unusable product. Very bizarre policy...this is brand new and purchased earlier this month....we only put it up to ensure all was in order before storing it for the winter months...I'm so confused and dissapointed!!

"I lost the canopy on my patio mid-August due to sun damage and a huge wind and rain storm. I was given this company name by someone who had used them a few times to replace their canopies. I sent them measurements, photos and some info on where it was likely purchased, but because I didn't buy it, there were a few questions I couldn't answer.
They sent me an email within 1 business day with what they believed was the right canopy and I purchased it.
It was delivered faster than I anticipated and I was very please with the quality of material. I put it on the frame and was thrilled that it fit like a glove. I'm so happy to have my space back.

"After looking for several years for a replacement canopy for a Coleman frame, I was delighted to find the Garden Winds site. Their site was easy to use to find the right size canopy and the product looked good. The order was delivered in about 4 days to Calgary, Alberta. The fabric looked great (better than the original lighter weight material), and the test fit on the canopy frame was exact. However, with advice from my specialist daughter, I realized that manufacturing quality control in China had not caught some regular loose stitching loops along the main double seams. My photo-illustrated letter to Garden Winds resulted in an immediate warranty replacement. Overall a very good experience."

"Absolute costly nightmare.
First canopy I received was at least 2" short of required span. Impossible to attach to frame.
Second try, after seeing the exact model swing on their website, I called them to make sure that the canopy would fit this time.
I supplied a photo, model #, place of purchase and was reassured that the canopy would definitely fit my swing.
Trusting this statement, I placed an order. The item sent was identical to the previous canopy in every way; 2" too short and impossible to attach.
The fabric allows zero stretching, as before: zero chance of fitting frame.
When I asked Garden Winds for return and refund instructions, I was asked to take pictures of "how it was not fitting", seriously. Then received an email stating that whether or not, they decided to refund my money, they charge a minimum flat fee of $50.00 U.S. per return, plus border costs & shipping fees, completely making a return pointless.
Zero customer satisfaction.

"The roof on my gazebo was toast. To make matters worse, I was having a hard time finding the exact replacement, and the ones that I could find were way out of my price range. Suddenly, like a mirage on the horizon, garden winds appeared. They claimed to have my gazebo roof, for only $180 us, and, they claimed, free shipping to Canada! My initial reaction was, there's no way this is correct. I'm going to place an order just so that they can tell me that they either don't have it, the price is wrong, or shipping is actually an extra $150, etc. But much to my surprise, it was shipped that very afternoon and I had it the very next day, just over 24 hours after submitting the order. I don't think I've ever received anything so quickly. And of course, it is a perfect fit, even better than the original in quality."
