"I purchased a canopy on Monday and on Friday the item still hadn't shipped. I emailed Garden Winds and asked for an update and they said it would ship the next week. I got it on Monday and it was not thsupposed color they advertised. I emailed them and told them the color I select was a light brown not a light beige. I received a response days back later and they said they don't even off the color the advertise! I asked them if I could return it and get my money back and they said if I used their return shipping label I would lose $10.00 from my purchase. So firstly, they sent me the wrong item and now they are going to charge me for returning it? Will never use them again! "

In the sprint, it detached from the metal posts and we only needed the cover to make it "new" again. "I ordered the canopy for my swing, and the description stated there was no piping on it like the original canopy, which was fine with me, but the colour wasn't even a close match. My swing fabric is a nice taupe/gray, and this canopy was almost orange.... The description should also include the fact that the metal frame is not included.
