"I called customer service to see if they could help confirm if the canopies on their website was the correct one per the existing gazebo that was left to us by the previous owner of our home. They weren't able to help confirm model or correct canopy based on the info I had. I took a limb and ordered a canopy. Hopefully it will fit."

"I strongly suggest if you want quality replacement items for your outdoor furniture that you do not purchase from Garden Winds. They have the market on replacment canopys and cushion but they very low quality product and dont stand behind anything.

Indirect sunlight--under patio all faded in less than 6 month and they offered a 10% refund and I keep new cushions that look old. If I wanted old I would have looked on Craigslist.

My third and final purchase just made and they have not added customer service to their products. Sadly I am a slow learner. I have learned this time tho. Never again. "
