"The is the 3rd canopy that we have had for their Savanah gazebo. Each one has torn. I have sent back the latest one for a refund. We can't afford to spend $170 every year replacing these things. They are very flimsy and thin material."

"Received the first ordered canopy with a tear in it. I emailed CS and sent a picture . When I received a call from a CSR and explained the canopy had a tear and I had found another one I preferred to exchange it for (which was more expensive) I was offered a 50% discount off the replacement one. I did not realize at the time that I was still going to be responsible for 100% of the cost for a torn canopy.
Is this standard business practice? If so, I will not be making any future purchases from Garden Winds. "

"We ordered our pergola from Home Depot about 3 years ago & have left the canopy in place since then. It really needed to be replaced and Garden Winds had the exact one we needed. We received it in less than a week and I removed the old one & installed the new one. It was fairly easy to do without instructions and being a 60+ woman I thought it went very well. The only complaint I have is there were no instructions with the canopy but I went on line & got them from the pergola website. Realized after I got them that I really didn't need them & just figured out the easiest way on my own. I would definitely recommend this canopy to anyone interested."
