"It is kind of ironic that garden winds would send a satisfaction survey when they have not managed to complete the order. When we ordered our canopy we were advised that it would be back ordered until some future date. No date is provided in our invoice and I have called direct to get a date but was only given a very general approximation around the end of the month. Surely the company has some information as to when these canopies will be available and realistically it would have to be considered a bad idea to send a suvey when they have not completed the order.
