"I ordered a replacement canopy based on appearance on website. Probably my fault for not looking up product by model number. It arrived on or close to delivery date ( I believe the FEDEX truck broke down ). Color was not original however it looks fine with the deck. tight fit though I stretched one fastener to the point it tore. Overall appearance is good."

"The first time I ordered I was told my gazebo replacement was out of stock and I would have to wait over 6 months to get my replacement. It was off season, so I decided to wait. I never heard back from the company, so I decided to call. They said my order had been cancelled. I had changed email address so this may have been why I was never notified. I would suggest taking a phone number so there would be a second method of contact. The second time I ordered I was very pleased with how quickly I received my order and how smoothly the process went. However, when I opened the box, I was dismayed to find that the curtains that came with my gazebo were missing. When I called the company, a very polite young lady informed me that they don't make any curtains (even though this was part of the original gazebo) and that the ad says canopy only...I would suggest that the online description include a note that clearly states that curtains will not be replaced, only canopy and netting."

"I'm very satisfied with the material quality of this replacement gazebo cover but they need to be consistent with how they sew on the velcro attachment tape. Quite a few were upside down compared to the others which made it a little difficult to install. The cover for the swing was VERY tight and hard to get on. A 1/2" more in length would have helped."

"We ordered replacement cushions for our lounge chairs, and unfortunately, they are too short in length even though we measured and confirmed the length. Garden Winds will not cover return shipping expenses - and because these boxes are too big, it was going to cost almost the price of the cushions to return them! So, we are now trying to resell them on our own...it is not what we expected.
Be sure you know the fine print for exchanges. Lesson learned."

There is a big difference between the original cushions and these, the back pillows are very thin and the material is not so great. The back pillows don't actually fit.
