"Delivered quickly. Last one lasted over 2 years and rough storms. Spent a little extra on rip-lock this time around, hoping to get 3 years. Canadian dollar right now makes this a little more expensive, but the fit and quality is there. They also ship this very quickly, so I can't complain."

"I didn't receive what it was that I needed. I need a replacement cover for my Bay Point 15.5 x 10.5 ft. roof style gazebo style #5LGZ1304-200. What I received was not what I needed. I struggled to fit it onto my current gazebo for quite some time till I realized that it wasn't the correct cover. I was even willing to overlook the color not being a match. Now I have a structure with no cover and it looks hideous. I've attempted to chat with customer service but it seems no one is ever available to take my concerns and assist me. I sent the cover back but I have not received a refund. I'd prefer to just have the correct cover sent to me."
