When they told me it would be delivered within 48 hours I thought, no way, I live in western Canada. Sure enough, it arrived at my door not two full days after I placed the online order. "When we purchased our gazebo three years ago, we felt as if we added a room to our house we took our deck from a partial use space to a usable space. The deck was just too hot and the gazebo changes all that. The problem we ran into was a squirrel or cat wrecked the netting and we could tell after not being able to zip it how nice having the netting to keep bugs out. We placed our order for the replacement and 4 days later it arrived. "

"This is our third replacement canopy in six years. The first one was a perfect fit. Its life was short but we had a very harsh winter that year. The second one that we purchased several years ago was ill-fitting and the fabric started to split at the end of its first year. Several weeks agoI ordered a new one and decided to go with the $199 model. It did fit, but only with extreme stretching. We were concerned that it might rip ( or still will). The top piece did not align correctly with the larger piece. It was a major chore to get it on so we decided not to return it. The fabric seems to be superior to the previous two. Why not go with the type of fabric that was on the gazebo originally?"
"Didn 't know how to figure out which canopy I purchased some 10 years ago! Website made it so easy. Regardless, I ordered the incorrect size. The customer service department was very helpful in assisting me to get the correct size. Product arrived quickly, good condition, easy to put together. Great value for the price. "My old canopy eventually wore out and was ripped by a wind storm, so I went looking for a replacement. I was pleased to find one here but was surprised by how much it cost, which was 3/5ths of the whole gazebo when I bought it 27 months ago. I contemplated just getting a whole new gazebo, but decided I didn't want to spend the time taking the old one down and putting up the new one. I'll consider it again when this one wears out."
