Cushy cushions

"I ordered my cushions but thought I ordered the green color. Not sure if it was me or the website being unclear. Received the beige cushions which actually look great with the contrast of dark brown scrollwork on the chairs. I am warming up to the color as it looks very European garden like in our yard. "

Better and Better

"GW has long been a lifesaver for those of us with these huge piles of metal in our yards for which the manufacturers made no replacement when the material finally disntegrated. Now GW as listened to us and provided us with a better quality of material than they did in the past. GW now offers a choice of good, better and best. I opted for the best. TIP TO BUYERS: ALAYS order the best. The best is cheaper in the long run. Now, more advice to GW: Give us a color choice. Start with something like Forest Green. We'll buy it. GW stands for Garden Wind and Good Work!"

DON"T BELIEVE THE GOOD RATINGS-EMPLoYEES

"This canopy only lasted 6 months. Riplock is BS. Paid good money and only offered 50% to get another replacement. Owner and employees are awful> Please read carefully through the good ratings. I believe they have their employee and friends type good responses. NEVER EVER BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM THEM. Trust me on this. They are rude and a ripoff."

Fastest Distributor in Town

"We purchased a canopy replacement for a structure we purchased a few years ago. The first time it needed replacing the gentleman I spoke with helped a lot in figuring out which canopy would work for us. We bought the mid-grade canopy and it worked fine until we had wind that caused it to rip. I got online and went directly to Garden Winds to replace it. I found that the canopy only lasted 2 years, kind of disappointing but weather takes its toll. I chose the same canopy in a different color and was surprised that it was delivered in only 2 days, which we appreciated very much. This time we had to make new holes to get it to fit. Not thrilled about that but not the fault of Garden Winds I would recommend them to friends and family as they are a company that works for the customer."

New riplock 2 fabric and double the clips!

"As always, it was a relief to find that the replacement gazebo cover was still in stock and available. Ours tends to only last a couple of years in the brutal Southern California sunshine combined with occasional high winds. This new canopy design seems to have about twice as many metal clips as previous designs, and they clip to the curtain rail rather than the gazebo frame. It seems a sturdy design and we hope it will weather well. A couple of issues with the small top canopy this time. One issue was that no holes were provided for the two black spires, so we had to add those two holes ourselves. Also, this small top canopy was actually a few inches too large and so the top frame did not enter the corner pockets as it had in the past. However with the spires holding it and the corner fabric ties connecting to the main canopy, it seemed to work out ok."

GW Refused to Replace Defective Product!

"We ordered 2 replacement Gazebo Tops and stored one for later, without even opening the box. After the 1st top was no longer attractive, we took out the spare and discovered it had a missing tie-down **** one corner. This causes the whole top to shift, and slip off the frame. The edge curls up and catches rain water instead of allowing it to run off. Totally a pain to keep adjusting, and very unattractive because it never fits smoothly. Garden Winds staunchly refused to replace it, because it has been over 6 months. I even tried reasoning with a supervisor, explaining the top has never been used, but got nowhere. They do NOT stand behind their product, nor do they care!"
