I ordered replacement cushions for my patio furniture.
They did NOT match the pictures on their website, they were thin, hard, no buttons and no pattern. Very disappointing.
When I tried to return them, they refused to pay the return shipping, which was $76.00.
I felt the website misrepresented the quality and pattern of the cushions.
I would NOT recommend Garden Winds for any replacement cushions.

"I ordered a gazebo canopy with the netting. Living in New England it is not a very long season. Upon the remove of the canopy there were 2 corners that ripped. I contacted Garden Winds. They requested I send pictures, which I did. They did a one time replacement of the canopy and I received the new one within days of sending the pictures. I also ask if they sold a product for cleaning and protecting the canvas. They gave me the link to the product they sell and I placed the order immediately. The customer service was an overall excellent experience and I will absolutely continue to do business with the company."

"This is the second time we've bought a replacement gazebo top from Garden Winds. We won't be installing it until May as it's at our summer home. We have lots of pine trees on our lot and they are destructive to gazebo tops. Our first Garden Winds top lasted much longer than the original so we're hoping for the same results with this new one."
