"The reason for 2 stars is due to 2 reasons:
1 - Pricing. Bought 85 boxes worth close to $4.5K, but they would not give any discount on an order like that. I get it that you do not have to but it would have been nice...
2 - Delivery. The company delivering these called me a day ahead to schedule the appointment. I had a person take a day off to be there. They did not show up during the given window. I called they said that truck in on the way and should be there an hour late. The person waited additional hour... two... three - no call and no truck. That person lost a day. Next morning I called Garden Winds and they called the trucking company who promised to deliver the same day and again gave the window. I asked somebody to be there. The truck did not come. Since it was Friday of the long weekend I lost the time I was supposed to lay them down and I am on the hook to pay the person for 3 days waiting (since they did in the end delivery on Tuesday after the long weekend - a day I again had to ask somebody to be there). On Friday I called GW and asked at least some sort of discount on my shipping cost (since it was not shipped as initially agreed upon) which was $358 but GW customer support pretty much let me know that I should not hold my breath. If I get a refund for the shipping snafu then I will change my rating here... "

"The canopy was very difficult to put on, it could have been about an inch or two larger. The corner sleves were very hard to stretch on the posts ( infact one tore some and I hope it lasts). The material seem good I'll just have to
see how it lasts."

I think it would be helpful if they added photos of the hooks on each type of canopy since that's what I was told distinguishes the various models. "

The Negative: the main canopy was slightly small, but made it work. The top/second canopy fit very well on all four corner, however the material in between was oversized and didnt provide a clean look."
