"I received the wrong product. Replacement barzebo pictured was not what they sent me. Color was not as pictured and sizes were too big for the bottom tier and too small for the top tier. There response was that they don't guarantee the size and in print somewhere (probably small print ) they said it states may come in different colors than pictured!! What false advertisement!!! And I paid next day air shipping which was $60 and I spoke with someone on the online help that gave me the product number that would fit my barzebo.... Wouldn't fully reimburse my shopping costs. Very dissatisfied "
