"The product was what I ordered. My dissatisfaction comes from paying extra for 3day shipping when I ordered my item on a Monday. I didn't receive my item until the following Monday.
What was worse, when I called customer support about at least getting reimbursed for my extra costs of shipping, the woman I spoke to flat out said "I am sorry, that's just the way it is." I couldn't believe it. I just hung up before I said some things if didn't want to.
I won't do business with this company again just for the reason. "

I received my order quickly in two days as expected.
The product/canopy fit perfectly, and I can't imagine were else you would even begin to look for a match.
It would have been nice to have a better description of the feel of the material and the shade properties compared to the original sunbrella fabric of the original canopy.
Overall I was able to save my gazebo until I find another one I really like. Thanks!
