"The service is excellent, but our issue is the placement of the holes to release rain water. They do not seem to work and we always need to add more holes so that rain water drains freely.
The holes are spread too far apart, and the water collects in the center and does not drain."

"Canopy seems to small, cannot get installed correctly. It seems to be 3-4 inches short of meeting fasting points. Could not get two corners to slip over station and one side would not reach. Canopy seems twisted in the way it was put together. I am going to give it one more try before returning it. Remove the partially installed canopy with heavy winds coming , try again to see how it works. The RipLock seems smaller the original, lot more money spent for something that doesn't install like original."
