"Finding the right canopy for our swing was difficult. No measurements in the specs were given . It seemed like the canopy I ordered was the right one. I received it and it doesn't fit. I tried this last year and the same thing happened. Now I have to send it back and pay for the postage. Why won't they pay for postage. Again this happened last year. If you order something and it doesn't fit they should reimburse postage for at least one way, especially when it is so difficult to find the right one. I am a dissatisfied customer, but I really don't think care."

"The canopy arrived in 2 days. California to Ontario. It is a beautiful color and a high quality material. It is a little big for our gazebo but does the job. Our frame is old and getting harder to find a suitable cover each time. I will definitely go to Garden Winds when I need another cover, although the quality of this one looks like it might outlast our 2 yr average."

Either way, you're stuck with sub-standard products and poor service when you call to complain. Find another place to order from or have one made locally. "This is our second canopy besides the one that came with the gazebo. The first one was better quality but we had some bad winds and it shredded. Then we received the scond one as a Christmas gift. That one didn't even last six months. We didn't put it on until July, but by January it was torn. I don't think that one was the best quality but felt it should have lasted longer. This time we purchased a higher quality canopy, and have our fingers crossed that it lasts longer."
