"Very disappointed in the product. The canopy grommets would not fit over the finial posts because two of the grommets were installed improperly (approx. 1-inch too far up on the ribs.) In addition two of the grommets came out of the canopy. Further the second tier was made so small that it is impossible to fit on the spars. This was the canopy specified by the Garden Winds representative and cross-referenced as correct by me. Manufacturing care and Quality Control are severely lacking. Garden Winds did not even respond to an email detailing this situation."
