"My shopping experience at Garden Winds went very smoothly. I was able to order the gazebo cover that I needed very easily and it was shipped right away. I have no complaint with their ordering service. I do have a complaint with the product. The original cover dry rotted the first year of use. I ordered a replacement cover last year that was supposed to be much superior. It also lasted only one year. Water collected on the cover and when a storm came through this spring, the cover came apart all the way around where the seams were sewn. Since I can't find another 8 x 8 gazebo in the local stores, I was forced to buy another cover from Garden Winds. I would expect this product to last more than one year. The original gazebo that I had at my property lasted about 5 years before the cover needed replacing. In fact, I had to replace the entire gazebo when I replaced the cover."
