"Some years ago I ordered a canopy for my gazebo. I worked hard to get the right one but still got the wrong one. I have lived with it for several years until the last big wind storm when it finally self-destructed. I got on the website trying to find the correct canopy to replace it. Much to my surprise and gratefulness, I was able to take a picture of my gazebo frame attach it to an email and send it to them and they identified the right canopy. Installed it today and it fits perfectly! Good job Garden Winds!"

Rep was working from home so she was limited in what she could do, which was direct me to email customer service with pictures of my problem. I did so the following day, received an automated response promising some attention within a couple of days. It's a week later and nothing more from Garden Winds. i understand the problems of working remotely and with near total shutdown, so my response is not intended to be harsh.
