"I ordered the wrong size replacement umbrella canopy. I sent it back and they credited my credit back to me no problem. The only thing is the shipping charge. They say some items have a $10 voucher for returns. My order did not come with one. I ended up paying almost $50 in shipping charges for shipping both ways...The fabric is not the same as the original but I will reorder and hopefully it will last. I don't want to pay over $1,200 to buy another complete umbrella."

"Reordered a replacement canopy top with the rip-lock technology for our metal gazebo which was easy to do since we already had the information on the product. The fabric lasts about 2 years before it starts to come apart which is average. We leave the canopy on the frame from April through September. This year, we are spraying the material with the recommended 303 Fabric Guard spray to protect the canopy. Hopefully, we will get an additional year use from it."

If they (by now, should) realize this is a popular color, why arent they ordering more prior to the season that everyone needs it. Very disapointing!"
