Not having the items by Christmas was not a major problem but I was disappointed that the company did not let me know that shipping had been delayed. When I received the shipping notification I contacted the company - they sent me an email that said they had just been overwhelmed with orders and they offered me a $5.00 credit on my next order. Liked the prompt response to my question but was very disappointed that they did not handle the original problem a bit more professionally. Will probably still order from them from time to time."
