"I called when I order to make sure I could get it by Christmas, ordered on Dec14th. I was told the order would be shipped within 48 hours. So, 90 hours later, still no word so I called again. I was told it was "in shipping" and did I want them to send me the tracking #? My reply was "you do that automatically, I thought?" Answer "oh, yeah" Wed, Dec 23rd rolls around and still no word it has been shipped, so I called yet again. NOw, I am told it will be "shipped within 48 hours and they don't have a tracking # yet" So, I had to cancel, drop everything and drive 30 miles to the city to try and do the majority of my Christmas shopping at the last minute. Not impressed AT ALL - not being able to ship the order in time for Christmas was not the problem, it was the constantly being lied to about it. If they had just SAID, honestly, in the beginning, they could not guarantee shipment by Christmas, I could have got out earlier and been able to find what I wanted."

"They say your item wil ship in 1 to 3 days and it does not. I chatted with them about my order at 7 days and they said it would ship that same day. I chat again at 9 days and they said it would ship in the next on or two days. I will not order from them again. I just had them cancel the order. If you cannot ship the order within the timeframe you advertise, send the customer an e-mail. Don't just let them hang for weeks."
