Ordered on 8 th of December for some gifts to be distributed. Not heard from them until I initiated an email for the update on 12/12. Said order will be shipped in 24/48 hrs. So waited until 12/16 to followed up with email . No word and not shipped.
Called 12/18 and rep said will be shipped soon ( not 100% sure) . Hence asked to expedite the order to reach earlier than 12/24. Out rightly denied. So ended up cancelling it.

I am very reasonable person and understand some times it may take few extra days for an item to be in stock. What I don't understand is they don't seem to care about expediting the order which they could've done it. I can't risk ordering anything time sensitive anymore. "

Tablet, headphones, speakers, a t.v. Not only that I can't just return the items like everywhere else I have to file a claim and wait for someone to review to get a refund. If this is not resolved in a timely manner I will be contacting the BB Bureau. "
