The prices are amazingly low and the products worthwhile (free shipping, too on many items). I had a problem with one item and encountered no hassles while getting a replacement item. "I made quite a large order with many different items, all as Christmas presents. I placed my order around December 1st. Three days after the order I got a shipment notification but the shipment was only 3lbs. On the order page of gearxs it said all items shipped. I contacted gearxs about my order only being 3lbs and that's not possible. They were very unprofessional and told me to wait and see what I got. Sure enough, it was one item. I contacted them back and yet again they were unprofessional and said wait 24 to 48 hours. I've contacted them twice more since then and am on my third 24-48 hour wait. Every time I simply voice my concern about a confusion on my order, as it all says shipped. Every time they say they have a shipping delay and they have not yet shipped my order. I ask them to just please fess up to the mistake and please let me know if my presents won't be here by Christmas. They say to wait 24-48 hours. I'll contact them tomorrow to cancel my order. I have all my chat logs but the first two, which is more than enough evidence. I will contact the BBB if needed. It looks like any people report then to the BBB and they get the issue resolved after some time."
