Please try again." message. I first contacted customer service on 12/7 to be told it should ship in 24-48 hours. I then contacted again on 12/11 and received almost a word for word the same reply. My order is still uncheckable on the site. So like several others I'm rating the shipping (or lack there of) and customer service not the products. "
