"I like Gear XS, however they are horribly slow in shipping, and when you email their customer service, almost non-existent. Oh and they're website doesn't get updated with shipping information very often. I received an email from UPS to expect the package on a certain date, it's still not hear, and their website says "in packaging" Ridiculous.

So I finally got a response back after about a week....no apology, no nothing. The Package was listed as the label was created for UPS on the 7th. It took GearXS until the 15th to actually get the package to them. So I'm still waiting, they're now predicting a delivery date of 12/22. If you want to get the run around and slow service, order from this company, and save a few cents. If you want decent customer service and fast turn around time, try anywhere else.

Response to my email to customer service promised shipment in 48 hours along with email confirmation.... But that has not occurred after 72 hours past ... It still does not show my order on my account today 13 Dec 2015. I see many email deals in my emails .... but why should I order anything else.... Never had this problem from them in the past."

"First of all, It took a week just to ship the order. This was suppose to be a great deal with a mark down from $179.00 and when I received the package there was nowhere near the value as described. I could have gone to my local dollar store and bought the same crap for less money. But, oh well, lesson learned... That was not my first order from GearXS.com but it was damned sure my last...."
