"A week after I had placed my order, I was informed that not all of my products were in stock. Then why let me place the order? Also, the monies were taken but would take 7-10 days to refund.
Worse than that, one of the products was defective and I called in to Customer Service only to be told that I had to fill out a form on the Website. Why can't I call in or just fill out the form? I should not have to do both.
