"I ordered your bark collar for my dog and when I received it I couldn't open the battery compartment to install the batteries. I tried using a screw driver and a quarter but it wouldn't budge. Eventually I ended up stripping the slot. It has become useless. Whomever manufacture the bark collar needs to make the cap out of stronger material so it can be opened easily and avoid it getting stripped. When I called in to get contact information of the manufacturer I was told that you will be sending another one. So far I haven't received it."
