"The site has offers that seem to good to be true. But that's because most things are bottom barrel Chinese made junk. Customer service is polite, yet somewhat useless. Customer service hours are 10am-4pm M-F, and it takes almost an entire week to hear back from email (which appears to happen overseas somewhere). Returns can't be processed over the phone, you must fill out online form (that constantly gives you errors) and wait a week to receive an RMA number. Plus you pay to ship their misleading junk back. I guess I'm sticking to prime. "
