"I am very unhappy with this company and will never order from them again. I ordered a remote control flying saucer. I recieved a tracking number that showed no tracking whatsoever. I wrote them and all I got was "sorry for making you concerned, don't worry". What kind of customer service is that???
And then I receive my order and the remote control is missing. I write them and they tell me to use the provided USB cable (which they mentioned sending for free btw) That is not what was advertised and I will never order anything from this company again and quite frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if it were their own employees sending in "5 star" reviews. "Awful Customer Service. No contact form on their website, No Chat Feature on their Website. Only one email address provided and they never answer it. Going on several weeks of back and forth with them and not getting anywhere. I had to contact them on Twitter and Facebook and a dozen emails before I could even get a first response. "I order Wii accessories and some small toys for stock stuffers. It was an easy purchase but take note of a few things
1)Its coming from Hong Kong registered post (NOT fedex). It will take a few weeks. Be patient.
2)Again...its coming from Hong Kong. EVERYTHING on the packaging and instructions is in Chinese. If you need instructions you'll need to download them from the net. If you are trying to pass them off as being bought from Best Buy, it won't work."
