"Horrible service, insufficient solving issues created by themselves and a strange tracking system that only generate doubts and disappointment. They sell you an item by webpage or smartphone app (I just can use web because same account can't access by the app) and show to you a number of stock items. You buy one of those item and days later they contact you saying they are out of stock, but when you check again, still shows available units. Once they process your payment (another troubled experience) they promised a priority shipping option, when item being available again, 8 days later. I don't know what will be the priority if even 10 days later that, the product is not even take by the courier company (DHL, I guess, because I had to figured it out by myself)."
