"I had ordered a Xiaomi Redmi note 4 stable global ROM in 2016 at Geekbuying. Which was delivered swift and functions up to date accordingly (5*)
Based on this experience I ordered in 2017 two additional Xiaomi Redmi note 4 stable global ROM. However after some time they started lagging and almost impossible to reboot. After some searching online it became clear they were not equipped with the genuine stable ROM but with a fake client ROM of Geekbuying. Which do not offer any security updates. This was very disappointing because I selected the phone because the advert showed genuine stable global ROM.
I contacted the Geekbuying support and after some delay I received a response with a reference to the Xiaomi website that I should flash the phones for the global stable ROM. They didn't give me an answer on my question what the impact would be on the warranty.
The flash didn't work out as expected, so be aware of my experience.
I contacted geekbuying again after my problems with flashing the phones, however till now they have not responded. Yesterday I posted my experience on trustpilot.
And this morning I received a response on my earlier email. They excused for the faulty ROM and offered a EUR 30 refund for each phone, which cost EUR 160 approx for each phone. So I responded that I did not agree with the proposed refund of 30€ and send a counter proposal.
However they still responded on trustpilot that they have send me a full refund which till now is not true.
I am happy to update my review on trustpilot and on reseller rating when I get a honest respond and refund as proposed.
Update 27 Dec. 2018:
I did come to an agreement with PayPal on a partial refund, which to my understanding is a correct coverage of the issue. The reimbursement was received within two days. So they responded swiftly and correctly, which i can appreciate.
So will I order again? Probably yes! When the offer is really good.

Yes, they effectively asked me to write a review on this website, however they didn't ask for a good review, but for an honest and impartial review.
So i will be impartial :
I bought a smartphone for about 160$ that was in discount.
More than one month later, the smartphone wasn't arrived yet, and the tracking number never worked.
This is very bad so...
BUT I contacted the after-sales service, and they answer me very quickly. They were very kind, comprehensive and eventually, they totally refunded me.
So bad experience at the beginning, however very happy of the After-sales service !"
