The item arrived defective (DOA) and the camera didn't turn on. I immediately contacted them and they said that I have to send it back to them for a refund. They also said they will send me extra $10 for the return shipping. I sent the item back to them and they never issued me a refund even though the tracking number shows that they received the package. They don't reply to any message I sent to them and they now completely ignore me. They got the camera back after I paid for the return shipping and now they have my money and I have nothing."
