Save yourself the frustration

"Working from home and home schooling put extra demands on our internet. My husband and I spent hours, trying to install a new router to help with the increased demand. We gave up frustrated and stressed and called Geeks 2 U. Within a few hours Ricky arrived and fixed the problem and I am pleased to say we are all working away and happily connected!!!"

Best Service ever

"Geeks2u and David in particular were excellent. I got an appointment at very short notice on a weekend. Despite a personal family crisis, David still went the extra mile to solve my problems. He understood my IT skill limitations, was very patient, gave clear advice and everything worked as before when he was finished. The price was very reasonable for the time spent and I would give David and the team 12 out of 10 and I will definitely recommend and use you again. Thank you."

a new experience

"Relocated 21 hours driving from FNQ to a new situation, we are elderly and the computer box was not functioning properly. My husband has it all set-up as a home simulator for aircraft, consulted with our previous computer support technician and after a few questions he identified problem and suggested we contact your company Geeks who would come to our new unit now in a retirement village - and correct problem. The technician came with gloves and mask a couple of days later and all is well; we have maintained the Coro Virus restrictions and now in our home isolation my husband can spend many hours of enjoyment. Thankyou Geeks2U"

"I have been trying all week to get into my computer and it wouldn't open. I was using my usual password but nothing was happening.
When I put my password in today I got straight in so there must have been another problem somewhere
and I felt an idiot!.
