"Jason asserted in ten seconds that my printer needed replacing because of a message showing a"printer head problem". He did not investigate further, left after ten minutes. After he left I removed the printer head and replaced it and the message went away. However as I am writing this comment I have a call from Geeks2u enquiring about my experience with the tech guy. He organised a new appointment to check whether the printer was indeed faulty at no charge, so I will reserve my judgement. Watch this space!"

However, from point of purchase at Officeworks and then conversation with Geeks2U no-one mentioned that the turn-key package was for an hour set up so to receive an additional 1/2 hr charge was a shock. Fortunately I could draw upon my card for that but could have been different story for another person."
