"After arrival on time, all of the jobs needing attention - some not quite as simple as a couple of words on paper would suggest - were efficiently and effectively addressed and completed in the time in a masterly fashion, viz: Problems of capacity with my computer: experience and expertise were needed to sort through computer problems and get me "on the road again". All of these were sorted through in a thorough and pleasant manner. Secondly my printer and I had lost communication which presented a puzzle for me. All aspects of the system were re-installed followed by a couple of test runs to confirm reliability. Then, to the iPhones; A new iPhone needed to be commissioned and the phone I was placing into the superseded category had to have valuable data moved across to the new iPhone plus a swathe of photos transferred to iCloud. All of these jobs completed for a satisfied customer.
