"Prior to coming to GetMSOffice I had spent almost 1.5 hours on the chat with a Microsoft sales agent who initially gave me incorrect advice as to what MS Office version to purchase. Most of the time was taken up trying to get a refund from Microsoft who passed me from person to person. It was an irritating and frustrating experience. I then found GetMSOffice and 'Angela' on the chat gave me the correct information as to what product to purchase but due to my own error (due to being brain dead after the time spent trying to sort out the Microsoft experience) I purchased the PC version instead of the Mac version (that was my error entirely). I got back onto the chat at GetMSOffice and within minutes I had a refund and purchased the correct MS Office version. GetMSOffice is now my go to supplier and I'll be avoiding going direct to Microsoft from now on."

"Having ordered M/S Office 2016 for a Mac that is not compatible with the latest 365, the online transaction and pre sales support was great, with a good level of communication. When I came to install the download, as I had already tried to install 365 via a shared licence, there were issues with MicroSoft Account not allowing me to drop the 365 licence and use the 2016 version. GetMSOffice were brilliant if offering speedy support and via a remote connection, navigated through the issue and activated the new licence. Its not often you can find such excellent service! Highly recommended !!"
