"Like so many others, paid shipping twice and never got the part. I lost $35 on a $65 invoice.
This process took over three weeks. I have an auto repair shop. This is one or the worst company’s I have dealt with.

I ordered a part. The part never came. Said that the carrier was trying to reach me. Contacted the carrier. Carrier told me to contact them. Couldn't get a hold of them. I tried to get a refund for shipment never received. When they did contact me, they said the shipment to return the product is worth more than the product its self, and therefore, no refund. It's all BS."

"They have a confusing ordering and shipping process that often causes parts to be shipped to wrong shipping addresses. They charge a lot for shipping and then a lot more for return shipping. Customer ends up paying hundreds of dollars but never gets the part. They admit on the phone it happens all the time. Yeah. Because the process is confusing by design. I guess they make their money from shipping and return shipping. And all their customers hate them."
"I ordered a good for my car. 5 day later the send me an email saying the part is out of stock. I looked on the website and it says I can still order it. So I call and talked to someone and they say yeah we have the hood in stock but the price is $250 more than it was. Same part number and everything. So I asked why the price is different now they told me they can change the price anytime they want to. "
"I wish I would've read the reviews before ordering from this rip off company. Their pictures and part numbers are deceiving. Make sure you check the OEM numbers before ordering. The OEM numbers they give you may not match your vehicle even though they say it does. They like to blame the customer for not doing their homework."

"This seller will not work with you to make your experience good. They refuse to accept a return even though it arrived damaged and I told the shipper that it was damaged. They are sticking with their no return policy and will not work with me. Be careful or you may receive a damaged product and be stuck with it. I even offered to pay for the return or even drive it back to them."
"There is a glitch in their system if you checkout with PayPal it will send it to that address not the address you entered on their website. Reading the other complaints someone else has this same issue."

"You are the lucky one, if you are reading the reviews before you do business with this company. Shame on me, I did not. Will absolutely not return an item. Carrier beat the hell out of my hood and yes I signed for it without opening it. Reason being is I am 100% physically handicap it's difficult, especially when you are being hurried. The driver would not even help me get the package in my garage. He kept ranting about how far behind he was. Actually had to wait till the neighbors came home that night to bring the items in. As far as the quality, definitely sub standard. I have had my vehicle in two body shops and they basically laughed at me when I told them where I purchased this scrap metal. Don't believe me, then go ahead and throw your money away."
"Make sure you read the description very carefully. They are not selling what is in the picture. I was looking for factory chrome wheels for a 35 year old truck. They were the correct wheels but they were “matte black” but looked like my 8 year old spray painted them. Complete junk. Even if I was looking for those wheels they were the lowest of quality. Wheels cost me upwards of $700. Shipping ended up costing me $250. I’m still waiting to see how the refund goes. So far $250 out of pocket for viewing some spray painted wheels. I wish I would have read the reviews. "

"Don't be deceived by this company, I ordered a hood, part was shipped very quickly, however, item was not well protected, delivery driver pressured me to peak through the boxes (gigantic boxes) and everything seems okay, after driver left, and I started opening the boxes, the hood didn't have proper cushions or bubble wrap. I noticed 2 damages and I quickly reported, their customer service representative, if I can call it that, had a nasty attitude and hang up on me once I stated that she didn't have to give me an attitude. At the end of the day, I now have to spent more money to fix a brand new part. This company will never see any money from me. "
"My experience with Getallparts.com was nothing but excellent. I placed an order for a Ford F150 fender on a Sunday and then realized I had ordered the wrong one. I sent an email to customer service and first thing Monday morning I had a response back and they cancelled my order and issued a PayPal credit immediately.
I then placed the order for the correct fender Monday afternoon and I received it by Thursday. That's 3 days for delivery! Other sited were stating 2 weeks. The fender was well packed and came in perfect condition.
As for the price, Getallparts.com wasn't the lowest price (it was close though) but when you added in the shipping cost, they were by FAR the lowest price. I paid $13 for shipping while most sites wanted anywhere from $90 - $150 just for shipping. That was more than the price cost.
I have to say that this was an overall excellent experience. I understand that they are simply an internet company that takes the order and has someone else drop ship, but I could not have had a better purchasing experience. I will definately consider them again for a future parts purchase.
