In my case, I used Gift Card Nanny to sell my gift card to CardFlip. At the time GCN showed that it was the highest payout available, and that it was a direct transaction, no waiting for my card to be resold. It's too bad GCN does not show any form of ratings for their partners, as if they did, I am sure I would not have sent my gift card to CardFlip only to have it stolen.

I understand GCN is not responsible for the actions of its business associates, but this is after all a company whose main activity is to refer business to its partners, so some form of oversight and feedback should be put in place, and companies that have a BBB rating of F should probably not be promoted. Use GCN as an indicator of possible deals, but do not attribute any positive reputation to business just because they are listed on GCN, as my case shows.

I did have a problem once where my rewards points did not track to my account. I emailed their support team on a Wednesday morning and they responded within an hour and straightened it all out. Savings galore, service galore you have to check it out!"
