"Bought my Rigexpert AA230Zoom from Gigaparts & it had a problem. So I sent it to the Gigaparts Auth RE repair center to be repaired. First they never acknowledged receipt of the unit, then they had it a month & told me it worked fine. They sent it back & I found MY repair/issue letter still in the box, completely untouched they never read it, no repair tech explanation in the box and my expensive AA230Zoom still doesn't work!"

"I went around and looked at the prices of QSL cards and I had found out I had a coupon that helped with the costs that was 20% off any customized products. Saved 6 dollars which helped me pay for shipping as that was a little costly but they packed it well and it arrived fast as 2 day air was 17 dollars. I also got a Hat that was customized but only thing it was NOT a baseball cap as it stated it was not, it is just a cotton cap. They since corrected the listing. I will order from again some day.
I called them they thought I was complaining about the quality and I said no I am complaining it was misleading they said they will let them know and it was corrected. They also have contests where they give away gear if you are a licensed ham.

"The words to this song summarize my experience with Gigaparts. I was a new Ham in 2009. I didn't know diddley squat about transceivers. I had a brand new Technician License and wanted to get a radio.
Called GigaParts to buy my first radio. Screwed that purchase up. The folks at Gigaparts were understanding and kind. They listened and counseled. They didn't push. When I made a mistake they took the product back and and told me what I did right from wrong and how I could do it better. They returned my purchase price, guided me to the radio I needed and taught me a lot about Ham radio.
Patrick was patient and knowledgeable. He pulled me out of a technical hole more than once.
I stayed with GigaParts as my knowledge grew. Purchased new radios as Kenwood and Yaesu brought out new models. Recently purchased an IC 7300. Sue guided me through the saving graces of the four day Dayton Hamvention pricing
system. She was always available, always knowledgeable and always found a way for me to get free shipping.
The other staff were excellent and focused. It was a pleasure to deal with them.
I'd rate the GigaParts folks as top rate, say 5, if five is the top number in the rating scheme.

"Bought a Radiowavz 1.5KW 160 meter Double Bazooka back in 2020 and have loved it ever since it has survived several strong storms and winds over 70 mph several times. I purchased a new amplifier an Ameritron ALS-1306 with its matching power supply on 2/8/23 and had it here in Illinois by 2/10/23, not a boat anchor easy to move, and lift, and runs better than I thought possible easily does 1.2KW easily to set up, and runs great without any problems but this is just day one but looks pretty foolproof. The website was easy and the staff is great too.

"Long story short, they charged me for something I didn't order, refused to take if off the bill before shipping like I requested and ended up not sending that item at all. I was charged for nothing and they refused to make it right.
Update: After expressing my grievance in a Facebook group, a Gigaparts rep in the group reached out to me and helped me find a resolution. Customer service was very helpful after that. I wish though my problem was resolved when I was having direct contact with them the day of the order. Gigaparts expressed they will review the order procedures to understand the problem."
