"Phone tree hell. I called and was transferred to Hy Gain but the connection was dropped. Called back and tried option 7 (Hy Gain) which just sent me back to the main menu. The "technical help" option was dead. I hung up and ordered elsewhere."
"Good delivery, but I had a parts problem. MFJ-939 auto tuner I ordered had spare pieces of metal rattling around in the chassis upon arrival. Sounds like an MFJ problem, but when the product sounds like a Mexican Maraca or a baby rattle, you probably shouldn't box it up and re-ship. Had to open it up and pull out clipped off leads that were left in the chassis."

This was my largest order by far - multiple radios and accessories. Yes, they say some items might delay your order fulfillment, but I have been waiting weeks to receive any of my items and now hear that because some feed line is back ordered from their supplier I'll be waiting another 2-3 weeks with no firm commitment. i will contact them AGAIN to ask if they can ship what they have available to have something for Field Day and other projects, but would gladly have driven a few hundred miles and paid a little more to get equipment faster."
