"I ordered a power supply and used a promo code to get a free ball cap but that was not included with the shipment. I called and it sounded like they didn't believe me and asked me if i was going to be placing further orders in which they would include the cap. I told them i was not a ham radio operator and i didn't think i would be placing another order. I thought they would just send me the cap but they didn't so i left reviews expressing my dissatisfaction. Very soon after that i received a tracking number for my ball cap and a small flash drive.

Apparently you cannot place an order on the web or phone and have it shipped anywhere but the billing address of the credit card being used. UNLESS you want to use Paypal. "While the product was what I ordered, it took them too long to ship. I hind sight I should have bought from eBay as I would have received the item about three days sooner and for less money. Some items on their site are priced competitively but many are priced higher than other on line vendors. Would I buy again, probably not if another vender had the same item at even the same price but would actually ship the item quickly. Perhaps in the future if they fix their shipping issues, I might reconsider, until then they will be my vendor of last resort."

"Finding the antenna I needed on the GigaParts website was easy and ordering was a snap. It got to my house as promised and in perfect condition. I'm excited to get it installed and see how it works.
The one thing about GigaParts that bugs me is that after placing an order, it is nearly impossible to add or subtract from it even it has only been one hour. I understand if my order has gone out already it's unreasonable to expect modifications, but even within minutes of placing it you can't tweak it."

"Very satisfied with the Icom ID4100A ham radio. It was delivered quickly and works well. The surprise box, well I expected the items to be a little different. I'm 6'2", 230 lbs and have no use for a large tee shirt, hand sanitizer was nice but I work as a front line medical personnel. The other things just didn't impress me but it's a gamble.
Update:
I received a phone call from a customer service rep today that was unexpected. After a few minutes of conversation convincing her that I, in no way, was slamming GigaParts, the conversation changed. After a few minutes, I realized that it was not just about a rating, but she proved that the company had real interest in the person behind the purchase. No sales pitches or rewards, just conversations about interests, work and concerns for safety. At the end of the phone call, I decided to give a more fair review. It was as advertised and the company is true to satisfaction after the sale. I will be visiting their website more often as they have earned my respect as a company with pride after sale. "

If a customer needs to ship to an alternate address, we understand, and provide a way for them to do so through PayPal.
