"After reading all the online reviews I didn't want to order. After a few days I ordered anyway. I expected my money to be gone.

1 day after the purchase I sent an email. Asking them when they can ship out the order. The company responded within 1 day. A very detailed email with very much information and also provided with abnormal good service, offered in the email. They really inform you VERY well. Never seen it before actually. Perfect.

Within 1 week my tablet was delivered in Belgium. Very safely packed and the product had no flaws at all. Also, everything on the tablet was in English. Edge and chrome also in English language. Also unexpected.

The game I used to play on low graphical settings, 60fps on the Mi pad 4, I can now play with ultra graphics, 120 fps on the Lenovo Legion Y700!! Truly awesome.

1. the cancellation process is not made easy for you, you have to write an email
2. I was told that my goods had already been sent, so I could no longer cancel the order, however I only received the Chinese delivery confirmation five days later, so it had not yet been sent when I tried to cancel it.
3. I was assured in writing (!) that I would be reimbursed for both customs costs and purchase costs if I sent the mobile phone on to another customer (which is also very unprofessional, since the other customer now has my address on the package would have)

"Sent me a Lenovo Legion Duel 2 phone with a hardware fault. The front facing camera does not work. You have to return the phone to China to get it fixed and it will be out your own pocket. It is better buying from a different place which has locations in the UK. I feel like this fault was done on purpose because it was sent in an open box and it had finger prints all over the phone already. I will not buy from this retailer again. I do not recommend this place at all. Please be aware and buy from elsewhere. This has also broke the trust between myself and Lenovo products as I have had a history of purchasing Lenovo kit. "on October 1, 2020 (order number # ***-***-****) I ordered a xiaomi mi 10 ultra phone with ultra-fast delivery from the EU warehouse.
Although according to the specifications on the giztop website, the delivery had to take 4-8 days, after 5 days I received an email to confirm that the phone has china software and I agree with that. I confirmed although I found it strange for a phone that was not launched globally.
After another two days I received another email asking me to wait another week because in China it is a national holiday. I did NOT understand how the delivery from an EU warehouse has to do with the respective holiday, so I canceled the order.
I got my money back, but I lost 30 euros in foreign exchange commissions.
The worst experience was the first and last time I bought from giztop"

"I ordered a phone from Giztop. Before ordering I emailed them to ask if they had the phone in stock in their EU warehouse (which, according to another feedback here, doesn't really exist). I was reassured that they had it. I placed the order and paid for extra fast shipping because my old phone broke and I needed a new one fast.

After I had paid, I heard nothing from them for a few days. I emailed them and was told that they didn't have the phone in stock. Then I was promised shipping "next week".

Unfortunately, I agreed and waited a week. Nothing.

I emailed them again. Now I was told that there is a Chinese holiday and they can't ship that week because of that.

... I don't know how a Chinese holiday affects EU warehouse but I decided to give them another chance because sometimes things just happen ...

We agreed on yet another date when the phone would be shipped.

The day came and passed. Nothing.

I decided that this is enough and emailed them to give me a refund within 24 hours (it's one button press in PayPal). Of course these weasels wouldn't do even that and told me 2 days. By now I know that promise is yet another lie, so I told them no and gave them 24 hours. 24 hours passed and now the transaction is in dispute in PayPal.

Do you want this to happen to you? No?

Then, DO NOT ORDER FROM GIZTOP! They will lie to you just to get your money.

I wish I had trusted reviews here a bit more because if you read the negative reviews here, I'm not the only one who has this experience."
