"I searched everywhere for a certain style of Carolina work boots. They had the best price, only closely matched by some other random site I have never heard of. I needed them quick so I paid for faster delivery(fed ex 2day), this is almost where I would of given them a lower score. I guess I am used to receiving a shipping conformation. The saving grace for them is I sent an email asking for a shipping date or tracking number on Monday night (after hours) which they promptly replied to the following day with all the information. The only thing is I found my boots delivered before I saw the reply as I expected it the next day due to processing. Ordered Thursday night(after hours) and received them on Tuesday afternoon. Pretty good overall experience."

"I was a little scared my order would take forever to get here, but it was shipped out on a Wednesday and here on Friday! Customer service was so/so in that they responded to my emails, but were very short on the phone and the lady seemed a bit rude when she asked me for my order number. Only thing I really had a complaint about was the fact that they never sent me an email with a tracking number, I had to ask for it. Perhaps in the future I will order another pair of boots from them because they do have the BEST prices, I saved 40 bucks on a pair of DOCS! "

"Paid extra for faster shipping because I needed them ASAP, shipping was late. The Georgia boots that I ordered were two different colors. One was tumbled chocolate full grain leather, the other dark coffee. The color is similar but the left on has that textured or orange peel look. When I called Glen's they said I could return them (at my cost for shipping) and after they received them they would send out another pair. I called Georgia boot and they acted like it was not their mistake even though it was shipped from their fulfillment center. Needless to say I did not have time to return them so I'm wearing a pair of boots with two different colors. In my job it will only take a week and I can not tell what color they were, but I feel wronged by Georgia and Glen's. My last pair of Georgia boots and will never buy from Glen's again"
