"My first time shopping at this store online and I must say I'm disappointed. I ordered two fishing reels for about $120 each. For that reel, it was a pretty good price. Other places were a $1 or two more Site said items were in stock, order went through, got a confirmation, no problems. A week goes by and no shipping confirmation, no communication, no nothing. I email, no response. I call and I'm told.."oh well we ran out".... were you ever going to bother to tell me that? They refunded me but it seems to me I should have been contacted if they "ran out" or their site should be more current with their inventory. Gal also said they were getting more in but didn't know how long till they would get them. I won't be back. Saving $1 is not worth this much hassle and having to deal with no communication"
"Crooks! Don't waste your time or money with this merchant. I placed an order for a locking multiple pistol case on 5/14. My credit card was billed on 5/15. I sent 2 emails requesting a tracking number on 5/16 and 5/17, none of which were answered. I finally had to call them on 5/18 to see why I had been billed but not provided a shipment confirmation or tracking number, after sitting on hold for 5 minutes I was assured that my order was going to ship that day. Four days later my order arrived. Much to my dismay one of the 4 combination locks on the case would not open. I sent an email to them mid-day on 5/22 advising of the situation. Again I received no reply. I looked up the CEO's contact information on the public articles of incorporation for Minnesota’s web site and forwarded my message to him. Again no reply. Finally I called their customer service and was told that they were trying to get a RMA set up with the company that makes the case I had ordered so I could return it and be sent a non-defective product. So they don’t stock these items, they drop ship them from the manufacturer. Later that day I received via email a printable UPS label and RMA number. I took time out of my day to box the item back up and take it to a UPS store so that it could be returned. By the time I got back to the office after dropping off the package, I had an email saying that they were not going to send me a replacement and instructions on how to 'jerry rig' the combo lock on the case. I sent yet another email advising that the case had already been given to UPS to return and requested a full refund. Much to my amazement I was told that they will not issue a refund until the return has been received and verified. Unbelievable. So they bill you, wait until you call and complain to ship your order, drop ship defective merchandise that they or the manufacturer will not stand behind, tell you to return it for a replacement, then not ship a replacement after you’ve sent the item back. So at this point they have my money and I have no case. Next I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, sending a copy of this to the Minnesota Attorney General's Office, and contacting the local Minneapolis television stations fraud and problem solvers divisions. Again, take it from me and this horrible experience, don’t give this racket any of your money!"
"Went online and purchased the Wise Foods 84 serving breakfast and entree pack. Got it fast, and free shipping. Can't beat that. Price wasn't any better than anyone else online. I will order again as long as I get free shipping. "
"I ordered a pair of Danner Desert Acadia boots from Glens Army Navy store. They had the best price I could find on the Internet. They processed my order immediately. I received the boots six days later. The boots were a little too large so I returned them, and asked for a half size smaller. I did have to pay for the return shipping, which cost $16.00. Once they received my original boots back, it took them one week to deliver the new pair. They fit perfectly. I'm very satisfied with my experience."

I tried to return defective boots and the whole process has been a nightmare. I was left with 2 ultimatums...keep the boots and pay them money or return the boots and pay them more money!?!? "TERRIBLE experience. I had placed an order on a Thursday and everything went through and was confirmed. I called the following Wednesday to find out when I should be expecting my package. After being on hold for quite awhile the lady came back on and said, "we actually don't have the item you ordered in stock" I asked how the order went through then if it wasn't in stock she replied with "that's a good question" when I asked if there was something that could be done to lower the price on the in stock item she said "no, this is as low as we can go." Really? Okay, they mess up, don't bother calling us to tell us about the mix up and then don't even apologize or try to remedy it by lower the price on another item to replace the one we tried ordering. I also ordered a pair of boots that are just now being shipped to their company so I won't them until next week. 4-5 day shipping? yeah right. The shipping is also overpriced. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Hey Glens Army and Navy, thanks for ruining our ice fishing season with the auger we wont be receiving!"
"Ordered $400+ in Kelty back packs only to be informed days latter that they were just joking and could not really sell me these items! How can you advertise on the web, process a credit card order, and then decide you really can't sell the item's ordered.
How can you try selling something you don't really have?
The least they could do is offer a discount for when the item would be available but Glen's did not offer anything except to cancel my order!

"I ordered an Eden Pure radiant heater. The price was reasonable in comparison to other outlets about $50 buck less. When I got it, it was not in working order!! The heater just keeps shutting off. I am now working with Eden Pure to correct it because when I initially contacted Glen's they very curtly replied: "You agreed to the terms of the purchase agreement and under no condition is it returnable." Turns out there's a faulty system within some of the units. Shame on Glens who sold faulty products, then sells it for $50 bucks less. Great deal? I think not. Now I am paying $50 more to ship to Eden Pure ..no savings here, not to mention I'm still cold. No warmth here."
