week after purchase. I was sent an off-brand, non-casio watch, that does not even work properly. This seller has obviously engaged in
illegal activities, false advertising, and defrauded me on purpose. After sending him over 4 e-mails, and the last one explaining that I expected to have him set up a FEDEX pickup
as soon as possible in order to pick up this falsely advertised, defective item, I received a 1 line, lie/snotty response. This pricegrabber seller has basically ignored my email's. He purposely and illegally defrauded me. I expected a full refund and received none. I filed a fraud claim through pricegrabber, but there is no
point in following through with it because the cost of the item was less than shipping and deductable would be. Money is not the issue.
I am sure this seller has defrauded other innnocent individuals as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CON ARTIST SELLER!"
"I purchased a new-in-box wireless networking card and received a cheaper, refurbished card from a different manufacturer. I RMA'd that order, and placed a replacement order since they were showing dozens in stock.
After almost two weeks of sending emails and leaving unreturned phone messages, I received an email telling me they were out of stock, and suggesting I purchase a different, more expensive product that they just happened to have in stock.
Bottom line - over two weeks of frustration, no product to show for it, and I'm out the return shipping on the first order which they promised to credit me but have not done so.

contacted shipping company to start tracking package and was told to contact glob2000.
contacted glob2000 and provided the necessary information. I was told it would be resolved the same day or the following day and I would get a call to verify it.
I was not contacted again about it untill several weeks later when I started a claim with my credit card company and they apparently decided to do a chargeback to glob2000. So far i have recieved a couple of emails asking if I have recieved the package yet and asking if I notified glob2000 that I did not get it. I have already informed them recently and long ago that I have recieved anything."
"This is a fraudulent ripoff site passing used, invalid and illegal items as new through various storefronts including PriceGrabber & Yahoo hoping that you'll trust that they SEEM to be legit from THAT association. Don't take my word. Give up your money, see what you get, then try to get a refund. No Customer Service, Phone # is a machine, email? They'll pretend you don't exist & why shouldn't they? They got your money. PriceGrabber, Yahoo, and any other storefront should be ashamed to have their good names associated with this storefront (or vice-versa).

July 2. This was done via a PriceGrabber storefront. The product was described as
being the FULL product, and the Part Number from Roxio was listed as 207000. They shipped the BASIC version, which has a different Part Number. I placed phone calls and sent detailed email, asking for a refund or adjustment. There was no response. I ended up doing a charge-back on my credit card. This is an unacceptable way to manage a customer relationship."
"It seems that this company's smoke-and-mirrors has to much smoke or mirrors. I'm not sure which. I wanted to order a $4.99 item with free shipping I found advertised on Pricewatch. When I tried to purchase the item, the order showed $4.99 plus $5.95 shipping. I entered the code from the Pricewatch ad and the price was adjusted down from $4.99 to $0 and the $5.95 shipping was still there. Thus, the total was $5.95 instead of $5.00. I assumed that the company might appreciate being informed that their ordering system had a glitch. WRONG! They became indignant, called me a liar, insisted the final price was $5.00 just as advertised at Pricewatch, and totally refused to check their ordering system. The extra 95 cents might go unoticed on a large multi-item order but "sore thumbed" on this one. Operating my own computer consulting/repair business, I do some ordering from internet venders, but NOT THIS VENDOR."
"Great company! I ordered two Gravis gamepads from them and a cell phone extender and recieved it a week later. Their free section has some nice things in it and also helps to entice people to buy from them. Although it did take 3 days to process, I would still reccommend this company. "
"I had a terrible experience with this company. Please be advised if you ever want to cancel something or change an order with this company they will give you a hard time.
I ordered something from them only because they had a certain keyboard I was looking all over for. After three days I did not recieve an order confirmation, and the status of my order on their site said ON HOLD. I couldn't get a hold of anyone via phone. I decided to cancel the order since it had not shipped yet. After a few days i got a response telling me that the order was on hold because it was on back order. The response had nothing to do with me wanting to cancel. They obviously were avoiding this. They even had charged my credit card. Alot of other companies usually have the courtesy of waiting until the order ships to charge the credit card.
Finally I got another email and this is all it said. "It's canceled - Cindy" Okay great its canceled. Brief email, but at least its cancelled. Well guess what? The next day i got an email telling me that the order shipped!! Plus my credit card was charged once again!! I did NOT want this. I called again and again but they did not pick up. The only way i could contact them was informally by email, and the responses took about a day.
Finally about a week after I placed the order one of the charges was reversed so now i was back with one charge. At least that was cleared up. I said to myself, fine okay the order is on its way I'll take it. Well "Cindy" emailed me maybe a week after I wanted to cancel and offered to concact fedex to bring the order back. I responded saying no, its okay let it go I'll take it. Well three days later I was tracking the package. It was "On truck, out for delivery." Well it never came. I called fedex to find out what happened and they told me that the "gllobal computer supply outlet requested that the package be sent back." grrr!!! it was on the truck! The package was sent back to california. Then I emailed them again explaining things. They said they called fedex to send it back but it was too late. AGain I asked to cancel the order. Again they emailed me back telling me they would. FINALLY the refund was established but for $5 less, 3 weeks after I had origninally made the request to cancel.
It basically wasn't the best experience i've had with a company. No one answered the phones. All i could do was email them and hear from "Cindy". It took 3 weeks to get a $30 refund. I would highly recommend avoiding the trouble with this company. As for the quality of their products... don't know never got anything."
