Called back late Thursday 1/30/03, no product.....salesperson asked if I could call back tomorrow. ok, fine.
Called back Friday morning 1/31/03, asked if I could call back in 1 hour. Called back, said he would call me back in 5 minutes. WTF?? Stated it should have already gone out fedex and I should have today.
Called back Monday morning for ship date and tracking number. He stated he had no way of looking it up on the computer, but said he would overnite product and email me the tracking number. I never received it.
Called wednesday morning 2/5/03 to cancel order. Said I would need to wait for product and call with RMA. Received it later in the afternoon. (product was drop shipped on friday from supplier) I cancelled and got RMA same day. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"

"I purchased an IBM 68-pin scsi HDD from GlobalMicro, via their website. I recieved an 80-pin OEM drive (OEM was not specified on the website) of the same size - without an invoice (this is why there's no invoice number listed). I called thier (long-distance) number in an attempt to get an exchange for the drive I odrered. After 4 attempts to get a copy of the invoice for the return authorization, I determined that they didn't want any more of my business. If you're reading this, I hope they don't get yours, either."
"I ordered a hard drive hrough pricewatch that was listed in stock. After two days I got a call that it was NOT in stock, followed by a call later in the day that it was indeed in stock. I ordered the hard drive to be sent next day air. When it arrived it was the wrong drive. When I called they promised to call back with an RMA, which they never did. After trying to get one for a week, I returned the drive with the invoice and a note requesting a refund. They denied ever receiving the hard drive and refused to refund the money. After four months and considerable help from Visa, I finally received the refund for the hard drive, but I had to give up on the next day air and return postage. I would never purchase from this company again. "

Sent another follow up email asking for status, if drive is backordered, or what they were going to do with my order. No reply.
